“If you don’t have the underlying technology in the cloud — if you’re not getting quarterly updates, if you’re not flexible and nimble — you can’t make decisions quickly,” Ty says during the podcast.
“If you’re going to make the move to the cloud, you’ve got to do it well,” Jim adds. “The demands on the supply chain now are ever present and growing, and you’ve got to respond to that. And you need to have an air-tight business case that’s well documented and delivers value.”
